- Handling your enquiry, booking or order — the legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
- Keeping the forms secure and protected from abuse (reCAPTCHA) — legitimate interest.
4. Retention period
We keep form data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up communication, after which it is deleted.
5. Cookies and analytics tools
The website uses cookies. Necessary cookies are required for the operation and security of the site. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent, which you give in the cookie bar and can change at any time in the cookie settings.

For analytics, tag management and form protection we use services of Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA). Where justified, data may be transferred outside the EU (to the USA) on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
